It’s Wednesday already?
Okay, okay it’s mid-week and I have some confessions to make. I know, I can’t use my pregnancy excuse forever, but for now that is the excuse. My laundry is OUT of CONTROL. I am not kidding. I seriously considered hiring someone to come in and do my laundry. So, I did. Well, sort of. My heavenly mother (and laundry extraordinaire) came to the RESCUE. She helped me do all my laundry. I could NOT be more grateful for her help. I am pretty sure I would have just let the laundry pile up until my household was drowning in clothing. Since that is now taken care of, I now am going to stay on top of it! I promise.
Today’s featured shoot is of my cousin Robert and his family! I don’t get to see them often, but man it is such a treat when I do. For their session, they wanted the oh-so-popular desert landscape, which I have been loving lately! On our particular day, we had some pretty clouds that added a unique touch to the usual clear Arizona skies. Their kids were as rambunctious as could be which worried the Mom. In fact, she was nervous by the end that I couldn’t have possibly got any decent shots. I assured her that wasn’t the case. Working with kids is my job! I know all the photographer’s tricks to getting little kiddos to laugh or smile. In fact, I love working with kids. It’s one of my favorite parts of shoots. And if all else fails, their is the magic of the head swap. =-) Her little daughter had one meltdown after she accidentally fell and scratched her leg, and we got her back to laughing in no time. I love these cousins so much! So glad I was able to hang out with them, even if it was during work hours.
Look at the rest of this cute bunch below!
